Your setup video is a prime example for exactly what's wrong with desk setup videos today. Most products you own can easily be replaced with cheaper variants. I can already afford everything that you already own but I refuse to out of ethics for their anti-consumer friendly prices. My setup easily mogs yours in terms of functionality despite lacking aesthetics. Go frugal I dare you.

You've absolutely got the best setup! I copied your setup last year with a few improvements, of course I used your code on Balolo. Improvments I made was the G560 speakers, a bigger desk mat, a MacBook stand, the iVANKY FusionDock, Philips light behind the monitor, and a 34-inch curved monitor. Thank you for the information about the Stream Deck for lamps; I was just about to buy a smart button, but I'll get the Stream Deck instead. Did not know about the new release of the bigger tray.

Just gonna say this setup has inspired me. I'm kinda broke right now so I'm mixing in some warm wood colors and vintage lighting with my all black setup to kinda add some coziness to an otherwise cold vibe. Either way, I'm gonna start grinding so I can afford to further improve the setup. Who knew the black+walnut setup community would give me motivation to work hard for something. (Being transparent: I'm usually really lazy) Might start up photography again too. 10/10 setup, would be inspired again.

The black surfaces aren't necessarily attracting dust, it's just SHOWING the dust. If you are someone with allergies, this is for the best. It lets you know when you should do some vacuuming and quick cleaning, keeping the dust and allergen buildup low. Get an air purifier and experience a more enjoyable space with less itchy eyes and sniffly noses. <3

Grovemade's walnut collection is cool but way overpriced. I was going to buy the laptop stand, unfortunately my laptop has intake fans on the bottom so I'd need a cutout in the stand to allow maximum airflow. And for that price? I'm not cutting a giant hole into the stand. I'm not even willing to pay that price. ($160 for those wondering. Just make your own and stain the wood yourself. It'll be way cheaper.
